P.K Das Liberal Multidisciplinary Research Journal is a quarterly published by P.K. Das Liberal College of Arts and Science, a Higher Educational Institution affiliated to the University of Calicut. The avowed objective of this peer-reviewed journal is to promote high-quality research and disseminate knowledge through standard articles pertaining to different disciplines. The journal is noted for its intellectual honesty, research integrity, objectivity, publication ethics, quality, transparency and relevance. It covers a wide range of areas including Language and Literature, Linguistics, Sociology, Economics, Commerce, Business, Political Science, History, Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence. The journal follows globally recognized guidelines of Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), Council of Science Editors (CSE) and UGC guidelines on Good Academic Research Practice (GARP) and UGC’s Promotion of Academic Integrity and Prevention of Plagiarism in HEI Regulation 2018 and UGC’s suggestive parameters for peer-reviewed journals dated 16th July 2025 to ensure the integrity, transparency, and credibility of scholarly work. Editorial decisions are based solely on the quality, originality, and relevance of submissions, free from any commercial, political or ideological influences.

Editorial Board consists of eminent academicians/scientists/researchers and subject experts. All submitted articles undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process to ensure scholarly integrity and quality. Reviewers assess submissions impartially and provide constructive feedback. They must disclose any conflicts of interest that may compromise their objectivity and refrain from using any privileged information acquired during the review process for personal or professional advantage. Manuscripts are evaluated based on their intellectual content, methodological rigor, and contribution to the field, without bias related to the author’s identity, affiliation, or background.
Articles should demonstrate motivation and advancement of existing knowledge. They must align with the journal’s stated aims and objectives. Accurate and standardized referencing of Bibliographic Data and Literature Citation must be done. Proper attribution of sources, through citations and acknowledgements, is required for any idea, data, or content drawn from other works. Articles sent for publication must be typed in MS WORD (Font Times New Roman, 11 point size) and be in conformity with latest MLA Hand Book. The name and address of the contributor must appear on the first page of the article. An abstract of the article not exceeding a page and a brief introduction of the author must also be sent along with the article.
The author guidelines for PK Das Liberal Multi-disciplinary journal are as follows:
Manuscripts should be prepared in accordance with the guidelines of the journal as explained in journal standards. Manuscripts should be submitted through post/ email/ online through the journal’s website. All authors should have made significant contributions to the manuscript, and all listed authors should have approved the final version of the manuscript. Manuscripts should be original and should not have been published previously or be under consideration for publication elsewhere. In some cases it may be desirable to publish translations in English of articles which have been published in vernacular. This is acceptable under the journal’s publication policy. The authors should clear all permissions needed (and paying any relevant fees) for any item used in the article. A contributor agreement is to be signed prior to the publication deadline to the effect that the article is bona fide.

These tools are widely recognized and accepted within educational institutions and scholarly communities for checking the originality of written works.
